Jhatpat Paneer a.k.a quick paneer is a fabulous recipe from my friend Yasmin. I made it as a snack and was so happy that she shared it with me! This is a quick, simple, and tassssty appetizer that everyone is going to hog. I made double the quantity than what is given in the recipe cause these type of dishes tend to disappear in my house. It was yum and had all the right masalas hitting the right spots. Try this the next time you have guests and want something quick 🙂
