- Garden of Life Vanilla Protein Powder – 1/2 Scoop per Person
- Vital Proteins Collagen Powder – 1 Scoop per Person
- Organic Banana – 1
- Organic Strawberries – 3
- Organic Blueberries – 1/2 Cup
- Organic Peanut Butter – 1 tsp
- Organic Unsweetened Almond Milk – add depending on the consistency you enjoy
