Stella chicken

This is one of my favorite chicken recipes! Simple and delicious at the same time. You are probably wondering about the peculiar name: Stella chicken. It’s called that because I got this recipe from an aunt called Stella, and this recipe got so famous among friends and family that we named it after her. So cheers to Stella aunty for coming up with this and hope you give it a shot! Enjoy 🙂
