Coleslaw is one of those salads that I can eat copious amounts of and not complain.This creamy side dish is a perfect addition to your meal. Most of you probably remember KFC’s coleslaw which was perfect with a bowl of fried chicken. This recipe is inspired by the KFC coleslaw dish, and the dressing is finger lickin’ good 😀

Ingredients:
- Cabbage (Finely Chopped) – 1.5 cups
- Carrot (Shredded) – 1/4 cup
- Red Cabbage (Finely Chopped) – 1/4 cup
- Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – 1 tsp
- Milk – 2 tsp
- Lemon Juice – 1/4 tsp
- White Vinegar – 1/8 tsp
- Salt – a pinch
- Black Pepper Powder – a pinch
Method:
- Before you begin, ensure that the veggies are cut really small to get the right consistency for coleslaw
- In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sugar, milk, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and black pepper powder. Mix well until everything is well incorporated
- Take a serving bowl and add the chopped veggies. Pour the dressing from Step 2 over the chopped veggies
- Mix well and serve immediately 🙂
