Classic Coleslaw

Coleslaw is one of those salads that I can eat copious amounts of and not complain. This creamy side dish is a perfect addition to your meal. Most of you probably remember KFC’s coleslaw which was perfect with a bowl of fried chicken. This recipe is inspired by the KFC coleslaw dish, and the dressing is finger lickin’ good 😀
