Ingredients:
- Bean Sprouts – 350 g
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
- Garlic (Minced) – 1 tsp
- Low Sodium Soy Sauce – 1 tbsp
- Sesame Oil – 1 tbsp
- White Sesame Seeds – 1.5 tbsp
- Green Onions (Chopped) – 4
- Indian Green Chilli (Chopped) – 1
Method:
- Heat water in a large pot until it is boiling. Add the bean sprouts and mix it for 10 seconds. Turn the heat off and let the sprouts rest in the pot for 10 minutes
- Drain the bean sprouts and set aside
- In a separate pan, heat the sesame seeds. Saute on medium-low heat for 2 minutes
- Add the remaining ingredients and saute for 2 minutes on medium heat
- Pour this over the bean sprouts and toss it well
- Serve warm 🙂
