Gobi Mattar Curry

Gobi Mattar Curry is a spiced onion gravy as the base with the addition of cauliflower and peas. I could devour gobi mattar with some rotis in a matter of minutes! It tastes nourishing and homely. I took my regular gobi mattar recipe and made a small change. I added Ghee!  I have always loved ghee and have read so much recently about its health benefits that I had to include it more often in my meals. One of the important benefits is that ghee maintains great digestive health. So try this recipe and get the best of both: Taste & Nutrients 🙂
