Palm Fruit! The most refreshing summer fruit you can have. My sister and I were always at odds over who would get a larger portion of this fruit. One of those things that siblings do lol. It grows best in tropical regions as it’s great for cooling your body. Combine it with some sharbat and you’ve got yourself a sensational drink. Your taste buds are gonna be so happy with this one 🙂

Ingredients:
- Sharbat (This is a syrup) – 1/2 cup
- Water – 2 cups
- Indian basil Seeds – 2 tbsp
- Soak the basil seeds in some water until completely immersed and leave overnight in the fridge
- Toddy palm fruit (Cut into small pieces) – 2 cups
- Crushed ice – 2 tbsp
- Sugar – for sweetness (OPTIONAL)
Method:
- Combine the above ingredients and mix together
- Serve chilled 🙂
