Few months ago I came across overnight oats! It transformed me to an oats lover after the first bite. It’s a fast, healthy, and oh so tasty breakfast option that you prepare the night before. I’m also going to add a nutella overnight oats recipe here for all those chocolate lovers:) Prepare yours tonight!

Basic Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- Quaker Oats (Rolled and Quick Cooking) – 2/3 cup
- Milk (I use 2% reduced) – 1 cup
- Maple syrup – 2 tsp OR Honey – 2 tsp
- Fruits: Cut Strawberries, Grapes, Dried Cranberries (Quantities as per preference)
Method
- Take a mason jar. Add the Oats, Milk, Maple Syrup, and fruits
- Seal the jar and give it a good shake. Store in the refrigerator overnight
- Enjoy for breakfast 🙂
Nutella Overnight Oats Recipe
Ingredients
- Quaker Oats (Rolled and Quick Cooking) – 2/3 cup
- Milk (I use 2% reduced) – 1 cup
- Nutella – 1.5 tbsp
- Toasted Crushed Hazelnuts – 1 tbsp (OPTIONAL)
Method
- Take a mason jar. Add the Oats, Milk, Nutella, and Hazelnuts
- Seal the jar and give it a good shake. Store in the refrigerator overnight
- Enjoy for breakfast 🙂
Overnight oats with Greek yogurt
Ingredients
- Quaker Oats (Rolled and Quick Cooking) – 2/3 cup
- Milk (I use 2% reduced) – 1/2 cup
- Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup
- Honey – 2 tsp
- Fruits: Cut Strawberries, Grapes, Dried Cranberries (Quantities as per preference)
Method
- Take a mason jar. Add the Oats, Milk, Greek Yogurt, Honey and Fruits
- Seal the jar and give it a good shake. Store in the refrigerator overnight
- Enjoy for breakfast 🙂
